Originally, this character only had 100 base points, at which time his Net
Arrows were 7d6 Entangle. When Michael found himself in a high-powered
scenario, he whimsically made Blue Shooter more powerful by putting a "1" in
front of the "7d6", and the rest is history.
Of all the Champions® characters I've transcribed to this website, this is the only one whom I have elected not to convert to 5th Edition rules. In 4th Edition, you distributed Points from a Multipower pool, but in 5th Edition, you distribute Active Points from a Multipower pool, which would render that cute little 22½d6 killing attack arrow impossible. |

In order for this character to work in 6th Edition, he must use the optional "Toolkitting: Real Points rather than Active Points" rule (6E1 403). |
