  Carl was just an ordinary operations monitor at a toy factory, until he had a terrible accident and fell into a vat of slinkies!  Now his arms and legs are composed of the noisy metal springs and can stretch to lengths of over 15 meters each.  Since the accident, he became a private eye, but he has yet to master his arms and legs so as to prevent their getting tangled. Should he stay in the private eye biz, he'll eventually overcome his Code Against Killing and arm himself with a gun.
