  Peace Maker's Flash power needs some explanation: He holds up two fingers in the traditional V-shaped peace symbol, calmly says "Peace, bro!", and then, before you can react, he'll tilt his fingers toward your eyes and mime the classic Three Stooges eye-poking gesture (with sound effects).  Even though you're standing several meters away from him, you'll feel it, and it'll temporarily blind you.
